He provides a wide range of financial, auditing, and taxation services to clients across various industries. His exceptional analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to professional ethics have consistently resulted in outstanding financial management and advisory solutions.

With 25 years of experience in finance and stock markets, Shashank Doshi brings valuable expertise in Small and Medium Enterprises Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) on the BSE SME platform and NSE Emerge Platform, as well as the Main Board as an SME IPO Advisor. He has helped various companies successfully execute their IPOs, manage Capital Structuring, Due Diligence, and Pre-IPO preparation, and offered Post-IPO Consultancy. He also provides services for joining NSDL or CDSL, Listing of Shares at Regional Stock Exchange, SME Exchanges as well as Main Board. Shashank Doshi has peer-reviewed and restated audits for more than 20 companies, including Main Board IPOs.

CA Jay Trivedi is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 4 years of experience in conducting statutory audits for a wide range of entities, including listed companies (main board and SME exchange), public companies, private companies, etc. His expertise includes accounting, meticulous work management, initial public offerings, rights issues, open offers (as per SEBI SAST regulations, 2011), valuation reports, and capital structuring calculations.

Jay Trivedi possesses exceptional analytical abilities, pays meticulous attention to detail, and is unwavering in his commitment to professional ethics, consistently delivering outstanding financial management and advisory solutions. He has conducted statutory audits of listed companies in compliance with Ind AS & GAAP, as well as various compliance procedures of ROC.

Furthermore, She is a proficient in managing regulatory risks and ensuring compliance with all pertinent laws, regulations, and guidelines. She excels in developing internal policies, conducting audits, and providing ethical guidance to maintain integrity in financial practices.

His areas of proficiency encompass Corporate Laws, Legal Compliance, Corporate Governance, and strategic advisory services for critical transactions such as Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), takeovers of listed companies, mergers and amalgamations, revocations of suspensions, migration from SME to the Main Board, direct listings of shares, and the issuance of securities through various mechanisms including bonus shares, rights issues, and private placements.

His professional journey is marked by a strong track record in advising high-growth companies through their IPO journeys—right from the conceptual stage to successful listing. Karanj has worked closely with stock exchanges and regulatory bodies, facilitating seamless coordination and compliance throughout the IPO process. In addition to SME IPOs, he has developed a robust specialization in QIP (Qualified Institutional Placement) and Pre-IPO investments, helping companies attract and structure institutional capital efficiently. His insights into investor expectations and capital market dynamics make him a trusted advisor for businesses preparing for significant financial milestones.

He has successfully cleared the Merchant Banking and Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) Managers exam, showcasing his expertise in investment banking, capital markets, and fund management.
